03About me

I like flowers and fashion, and I live in Auckland with my husband, our three lively children, and two cats.

Since graduating from the University of Canterbury in 2008, I've worked in a variety of settings across Australasia, spanning infant, child, and adolescent mental health, child protection, Family Court, and private practice specializing in separation and blended families. I previously served as Principal Psychologist, overseeing six teams in a large District Health Board, and my Masters research was in children's sleep.

My passion project is working with relationships, families, and broader systems. Deep knowledge of couples research, child development, and attachment underpins my practice.

My interests extend beyond traditional psychology — I'm drawn to somatic approaches and am an accredited Spinal Energetics practitioner (as a hobby). On a personal note, I'm bookish, love art, and continue to explore Jungian psychology, the Dynamic-Maturational Model of attachment, and Iain McGilchrist's writings.
